All in all marvellous location, just next door to vineyards, the centre of Epernay and the Avenue de Champagne and many restaurants and supermarkets and good restaurants. Plenty of food available in the bar. Amiable, amicable staff towards all guests.

Nice location close to the forest and vineyards following way-marked trails obtained from the excellent tourist office, a big supermarket and the centre of Epernay and the Avenue de Champagne and many restaurants and supermarkets. Comfort Suites exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to Epernay and with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Comfort Suites for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Travelled with my kids, overall the hotel was well priced and luxury. I had cheese and meats for breakfast. The staff was superfriendly in managing every request. It was in a lovely location close to to the supermarket.

The continental breakfast was a good choice, with fresh baked bread. We found it convenient that there was a Lidl next door for essentials, and the fact that it's open until 7.30pm on weekdays was a bonus. The room was simple but clean, and we appreciated the microwave for a quick ready meal when we arrived tired. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down. They drove to Leclerc for jumper cables and didn't charge us anything. The location of the hotel is also close to the center of town.

Good experience there. Airy and functional rooms, nice beds. Early check-in, parking on site. Not to mention good wifi! Location near to the champagne route, the supermarket, and many restaurants and supermarkets. Nearby La Fringale - great place to chill out.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.- The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The absence of an information book and limited TV channels made it difficult to gather necessary information and stay entertained. The absence of air conditioning in the rooms could be uncomfortable during the summer months.

The hotel was luxury and fairly clean, had excellent views over the surrounding hills. The staff was extremely helpful and very amiable, the room was functional. The breakfast was satisfactory and fairly priced. Greatly enjoyed it.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites in a central location and had a wonderful experience. My stay lasted a week and was for a work meeting. The gentleman at the front reception was extremely helpful, assisting me with an early check-in and important admin for the meeting. The spacious bungalows were perfect for my kids and dogs, with amenities such as a swimming pool, cafe/bar, playground, and green zones. The kitchen in the bungalow had everything we needed. a stress-free and memorable visit.
