We enjoyed a large room with 2 beds and a sofa, plenty of tables, and a large bath, fridge and microwave.

The rooms were dirty and the plumbing did not work, toilets would not flush, and kept running water through them, even after being moved to another room.

There were candy wrappers and half eaten apples in the pull out sofa bed, there was hair in the bathroom and floors looked as if they had not been vacuumed in weeks.

The bathroom was so gross (filthy toilet, inside and out, tub was stained, shower curtian was moldy and falling off the wall, the whole restroom stank of dirty humans!

The rooms were so filthy that some of our team's parents ran out for lysol and clorox cleanup to spray down the rooms and bathrooms.

They had a great breakfast bar and the staff was courteous and very helpful providing directions since there were plenty of things to do nearby.

Included hot breakfast buffet was amazingly delicious.

Breakfast was OK, but again the breakfast area was dirty.

I informed the front desk staff of the roaches and that I would be checking out ASAP.

Well, after I spent 45 minutes waiting for the front desk clerk to clear up reservations problems with members of a high school volleyball team (!

The room that I was given was NOT what I had requested while making my reservation and when I spoke to the front desk about it they basicly brushed me off and told me to deal with it.

After several exchanges with hotel staff I was told the manager would assist me the following morning when I checked out.

My second day there I found out why; the housekeeping staff consists of two people, both with black hair and neither the man nor the woman, with hair down to her waist, wear hair nets!

Pieces of pizza laying in the hallway, kids socks were black on the bottom, no towels in the pool area.

Elevator did not work for most of the 2 days, was on 3rd floor, requested ground floor due to a surgery was told too bad, they did not have any, found later they lied and did have.

Front desk was informed of the room being down right filthy and refused to do anything about it at all, told us basically, clean it!
