Nice location, less chaotic than Omaha, yet close to the zoo & other attractions.
The Comfort Suites in Council Bluffs is a fairly new hotel with a great location.
The location was convenient for us and hotel was very clean staff was courteous.
Good location for our trip to the zoo, tHE HOT TUB IS VERY LARGE and the curtains didn't exactly close all the way.
I'm used to cold pools, but couldn't even step foot into this one.
AND THERE IS STILL ANOTHER BATH TUB IN THE BATHROOM,, WOW,, SPEND THE MONEY FOR THAT ROOM!
LOVE THE HOT TUB SUITE, THE HOT TUB IS VERY LARGE!
While we found the room to be clean, there was an ant problem in the bathroom.
Our room was large, but as others have mentioned it's not truly a "suite.
The description said that the room had a partial room divider (hence a "suite") but it was merely a shelf that stuck out from the wall about 18 inches.
Nice place to stay, great staff, but get breakfast early they were a little testy when we came in close to closing time.
Continential Breakfast" was lacking- we have stayed at several Comfort Inn Hotels, and this was the worst breakfast selection out of all of them.
Breakfast was fine, with many hot item choices.
The staff at front desk were genuinely friendly and attentive, our room was good sized.
Location near riverboat casinos, the hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was courteous.
The front desk staff was courteous, the continental breakfast was plentiful, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice.
Our stay was comfortable and the front desk staff were super.
The Lobby, etc was the best part of the hotel.
The whirlpool was colder than the swimming pool and the swimming pool was "murky".
Upon entry, the smell wasn't that great in the lobby area.
Gorgeous suites - impeccably clean, breakfast was good.
Microwave in the breakfast area was useful, staff was excellent and the room was relatively clean.
Overall, the room was relatively clean and breakfast was as expected for a Continental.
$69 for a clean, comfortable suite is a always a great deal.
Very clean, spacious, & affordable rooms.
