This place is conveniently located close to many local attractions.

It has a favourable and perfect location to the fairgrounds.

The location in a secure area was best possible and there were stores and fairgrounds nearby.

The room here was a decent size and had everything I needed: shower, TV, and even a microwave - super convenient! The place was pretty clean, and the staff, especially the manager. 🌟

No complaints, the venue met expectations. Location and rooms were good, we liked that everything was perfect. The whole room was reasonably large with nice TV, fridge & mircrowave. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early.

This place is fantastic, with clean rooms, incredibly kind staff in third shift, and a convenient location, only a short distance to everywhere.

I kinda don't want to answer this part so there will always be available rooms when traveling in the area BUT whats right is right..... We had two different styles of rooms and they were very spacious, in better terms the correct word is HUGE and they were all VERY clean. There was even a choice of the kind of pillow you like to use. If the price is right when we return to the area I will always try to reserve here first.

Whats wrong is wrong... so... here is why I had to give my negative. The only reason for the lower score on the staff rating was because there was a communication break down at the Comfort Suites. I had submitted 4 days prior to our stay though Booked.net to add a room 1 day earlier then the rest of our party and it was not updated at C-Suites. The problem was quickly resolved due to an available room for them at C-Suites. I think we got LUCKY!! Let me explain a little.... At the time when there trying to check in I received the dreaded phone call from our friends that they was NO reservation to check in the day early for them so I had to call Booked.net to get things sorted out. Booking had the confirmation ID number on the fax that was sent of the update so a call was made by booking to the C-Suites to make sure all of us were on the same page. The front desk reassured Booking to make sure there would not be any more surprises :) From now on I know I will always make a phone call of the change to the place of stay to confirm the change(s) have been made to my initial reservation.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. The property is quiet and incredibly friendly. The hotel rooms are cozy and outstanding with a shower and microwave, for example. The location is great and easy, just minutes from Ohio History Center.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice and roomy. The breakfast was a nice set up and was pretty good. We would stay there again if we are in the area!

The hotel is gorgeous! The rooms are outstanding. The staff was outstanding. The central downtown location is convenient. The service was nice and check-in was quick. My stay here was awesome.

The beds are comfy and there's a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea setup right in the room. 🛏️ You also get your own bathroom, and the overnight staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus, it's in a great spot close to some awesome restaurants 😉.

Breakfast with waffle machines and waffle maker, as example. Spotless and brand-new rooms with pull out sofa!

The location is fantastic with casinos and a stadium within walking distance of the hotel. The room is spotless and quiet, equipped with a fridge and a nice shower. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection of meals for a warm and satisfying start to the day.

The place wasn't secure. You could go in and out of side door without a card.

We had suite with a private bathroom.
