The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience, accommodating all our needs with a smile. The rooms are well-appointed, with cool temperatures and impressive features like a balcony and a walk-in shower.

Hotel Renovo is conveniently located right off of I35, making it easy to travel anywhere in the Des Moines metro area. Guests can enjoy the modern decor of the lobby and spacious rooms with fresh and neutral colors. The bathrooms feature full showers and nice-size vanities. The hotel also provides ample plugs for electronic charging.

The lobby can get loud during large parties or meetings, which may be inconvenient for guests staying in rooms near the lobby.

Reasonable base for a 2-night stay. Everything was great. Thanks to their bartender for the help. Rooms were very clean. Rooms had climate control. Rooms had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Rooms had a writing table.

Everything is brand-new, including the beautiful building and neat rooms. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. There is an outside patio with comfortable outdoor seating and an open fire pit, perfect for relaxing.

This is in no way a reason not to stay at the hotel. But, the carpet choice for the hallways was a little disconnected from the rest of the 'rustic modern' feel of the hotel.

The bathroom was stunning, great toiletries, motion-activated light. Cozy bed, slept like a rock. Heavenly smelling breakfast. No screaming kids in the pool area.

The breakfast the next morning was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. it was a pleasant stay with great facilities and a lovely atmosphere.

The only downside was that breakfast had to be paid for separately.

The managers, Paul and Connor, were extremely friendly and helpful, going as far as cleaning the rooms themselves to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The pool area was lovely, and it was a bonus that children under 16 were not allowed in the last hour, providing a quiet and relaxing swim. our stay at Hotel Renovo was exceptional, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Fairly clean chic accommodation with nice staff and favourable location anywhere in the metro. Excellent service and quiet and gorgeous room with walk in shower. Savoury breakfasts and delicious food available.

Close to Des Moines with plenty of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities in the area. Plus, it's conveniently located right off I35, making it easy to get around the city with a short drive 🚗.

The staff here are really nice and helpful, they even take care of parking; the rooms are big, new, and even have a balcony and patio.
