Airport shuttle service is prompt, the hotel is well maintained and the sheets crisp and luxurious and the bed mattress very comfortable. The hot breakfast is always delicious.

Standard rooms have spacious living area, great place near Downtown Salt Lake and customer service here is excellent. Free wireless internet is good, too and the hot breakfast buffet is complimentary, and nothing was lacking.

Free internet in the lobby too, comfortable, clean hotel and sulser and staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, as always. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and the receptionist was friendly, informative.

Wonderful breakfast and staff, good choice for travelers.

Front desk person was very unfriendly all night long and all linens and towels were worn and old.
