  100% satisfaction guaranteed" and "courtesy bus available"- that's what they advertised, or used to, until we sent a letter of complaint about our experience staying there, then they changed their website and removed these statements. Because of the distance from Mackay we were hesitant to book but they reassured us there was a courtesy bus available between the hours of 8. 30 pm but when we rang reception to book it we were told its only to take you to the airport and back and at their discretion. The unit had two rolls of toilet paper provided if you needed more you had to pay for it. There was a hire fee for beach towels, whereas we have found that most places only charge if you lose them.

  Friendly staffs, Clean room, nice location (10 minutes from the airport).

  Too strong chlorine in the pool.

  Convenient Location, family friendly, meeting/party room. Good for Business or family trip. I stayed 4 nights for my business trip with my friend. Everything is OK.I will stay again this hotel later.

  This very tired resort has a magnificent location, magical gardens and a superb beachfront.

  I believe the whole lot should be knocked down and they start again, very tired, very old and outdated, our room smelled of urine. Not worth the money and the rave reviews from the reservation centre who obviously have not seen the property.
