Pros of my stay at this hotel were absolutely mind-blowing! The staff members were incredibly competent and cordial, serving as reliable resources for information about the area. One receptionist went above and beyond to help me with my smart phone, ensuring my safety with the ride-hailing app. The hotel was super clean and quiet, and the pool was incredibly relaxing after a hot day of traveling. Although bacon could be offered more frequently, the overall experience was jaw-dropping. Highly recommended!

My room was neat and newly renovated, it worked good. the breakfast was enjoyable and provided with English muffins, scrambled eggs, cereal. - the property's location was marvelous and beautiful, near everything in Williamsburg.

Plenty of food at breakfast, such as eggs, cereals, pastries and hot waffles. The rooms were huge and inviting on lower level. The location offered was favourable near to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, historic area, restaurants and shops.

The hotel is clean, with top-class and patient employees who take pride in their jobs and provide exceptional customer service. The room was beautifully maintained and bright, featuring a King bed and a microwave. The central location is perfect for exploring the area, being close to Colonial Williamsburg, many restaurants, attractions in Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The pool area is also very clean.

Recently renovated rooms with very comfy beds, great value. Delicious breakfast with the usual fare. Very courteous and exceptionally pleasant staff. Great location close to everything for W & M. Smooth check-in and excellent service overall.

Rooms were very nice comfortable beds.pool was clean and not to crowed. Also there's a Denny's right next door that you can walk to and a cracker barrel and golden corral 2 minutes up the street.

The breakfast was the same everyday I know it's free but would have been good to have a little variety. The breakfast area was really tight wish it was a little more open. And get there early if you want a table it gets packed.

Comfy beds great ac

The breakfast buffet was always empty of just about everything. Crowded with people and everyone waiting for food. One employee to run the whole thing I felt so bad for her. I was there two nights. The first night was great and we left for Williamsburg in the am. We got back at 3 pm and our room was still not cleaned. We were so tired so we hung the do not disturb sign on the door and as soon as the door shut, the housekeeper knocked on the door and said "housekeeping". Really???? She just watched me hang the sign on the door.
