  The staff were helpful and knowlegeable about the Duluth area, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great, the room was very big w/two queens and a sofa bed and two t.

  Pool area is nice and kid friendly, wonderful stay, just one charge issue that bugs you, and your problem not checking the hot tub before people take the room. The breakfast is good.

  Nice area, you can walk all over and is very safe, hotel has a large indoor pool. The staff is delightfully friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean.

  Location was good, the free continental breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel and bathroom were spotless as was the lobby area. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Pillows were great.

  The hot tub was great, pool and area was spacious, our room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The staff were very pleasant, the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good and well stocked.

  Just your usual hotel room and excellent customer service. Hot tub, nice little bar for cocktail hour and the free breakfast in the morning was also very good.

  Good value and a band to boot can't beat that, staff is very friendly and helpful. Sauna and provide towels a the pool the rooms are basic and clean.
