Bathroom old and room too...

The location is optimal. Short ways to the city centre and to restaurants and shops, the city is very well maintained and worth seeing. The trip with the horse tram is a nice change, but one can also comfortably walk to the island Granite Island in front of the island. If you are lucky, you can see the pygmy penguins from the bridge during the day (we had this luck and therefore saved the evening guided tour).

It's located in a fantastic central location, within a short walking distance to all the main attractions of the beautiful seaside town. The prices here are very reasonable, making it great value for money. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, with everything you need, including a good bed for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.

Centrally located quiet motel

Had a pretty decent time. The rooms were quite spacious and somewhat clean. The view from the windows was mesmerizing. The hotel is located in a prime location near a lot of dining options. The beach was just a short stroll away, and we could hear the waves crashing.

We had some unpleasant experiences too. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't really acknowledge us.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and even electric blankets. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and the affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Bed was very comfy

We asked for midday checkout however when told it would be an extra $25 we declined as Booked.net had offered us the same package for $10 less after we booked. We couldn't cancel the original booking so had 11am checkout instead

The location was great, close to everything, nice room and decor and the staff were friendly and helpful, we will definately come back.

The bed was a little hard maybe it was a brand new mattress and a toaster would've been a good addition.

The gentleman who checked us in was not very friendly. They had already charged my credit card for the two rooms we booked. When we stated the parties in our group wanted to pay separately, he said sorry, it's already charged. He wouldn't reverse the charge and take separate payments even though each room had a different name. Poor customer service.
