The view from the hotel room was fantastic, with brightly lit city attractions and a pool view to enjoy. The outdoor pool was a refreshing spot to relax after a long day exploring the attractions. The complimentary hot breakfast was a nice touch, providing a good start to the day.

The customer service experience was lacking, with a confusing and frustrating interaction at the front desk when we encountered issues with our room keys.

comfort inn was in a great location, and the included continental breakfast was great. the shuttle service was convenient, but sometimes late and the buses were in poor condition. the view of Icon Park from the room was stunning, and the front staff was always friendly.

The homemade cakes at the snack bar are to die for, like a slice of local heaven! The free shuttles to Universal and Disney add magic to your stay, saving you some travel moolah. The staff's always there with a smile, making every moment feel like a warm Orlando hug.

While the hotel sparkled, a tad more eco-love wouldn't hurt. Cutting back on those tiny shampoo bottles and opting for sleek shower dispensers could make a splash.

excellent central location, just off several restaurants several activities, lots of shopping and breakfast included with coffee available all day.

My baby and I truly enjoyed being there. The room was reasonably large and equipped with extra seating, free breakfast, and a microwave as described.- Efficient check-in, the staff helped me with everything.- Food was fabulous and their restaurant was awesome.

The location of Comfort Inn & Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort-Convention Ctr. was incredibly convenient for my transit stay, being just a 30-minute drive away from Church Street and 20 km from Orlando International airport. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great start to my day and the outdoor pool provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of traveling.

The room was in need of a refresh during my stay. The hallways had a musty smell and the room itself showed signs of wear and tear, with a ripped shower curtain, damaged bathroom mirror, and old, dirty carpet.

for a brief transit during my travels, and its location, just 17 km from Church Street, was incredibly convenient for my stopover. The short 20 km distance from Orlando International also made it convenient for quick access to and from the airport. the complimentary hot breakfast was a nice touch and added value to my stay.

The customer service during my stay left much to be desired. This minor inconvenience detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room itself was newly renovated and the hotel was clean. The room was kept clean and available with good breakfast and a microwave and refrigerator, as example. The food was outstanding, we had toast, yogurt, eggs, and hot waffles for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, strongly recommend this venue.

The rooms come with a fridge, which is super handy. They also have comfy couches and a free breakfast - a definite perk! The staff here are top-notch, always on the ball, and the manager is always around, too. 👌

The hotel has a good setting and is conveniently located near Orlando Sling Shot. The room I stayed in was clean, had a refrigerator, and there were added bonuses like 2 washing machines and free breakfast.

Property was clean, cozy, and affordable. Location was prime for food and essentials nearby, making it super convenient. Staff was top-notch, especially Francis! Breakfast was filling, beds comfy, shower clean, and AC/Heat just right. Pool also lovely with lounge chairs to relax. Carpers could use a good scrub and upgrade on toiletries, but overall a solid stay. Will definitely return for the perfect getaway next time! 🌞

Very generous staff and the place was clean. Enjoyed the continental breakfast with extremely salty eggs. The hotel was in a central location near everything. Further, it was close to the Universal Studios and Sea World and Universal Studios.

The room was so cozy with a nice seating area to chill and watch TV. The small fridge was handy, and the bathroom had everything I needed. It felt like a home away from home, which I love!

I wish the TV had more channels, but some people might not mind.
