  Dirty towels still in bathroom, no clean towels, bed made, trash emptied, they left me a half full opened bottle of shampoo in the basket on the bathroom counter.

  My company booked me a smoking room, but I wanted a non-smoking room. I was told after I got to my room that smelled like an ashtray that it was to much trouble to move me. Then my TV wouldn't work, I asked for someone to come look at it. Two hours later I called the Manager on Duty and he came and figured out the problem.

• The "hot breakfast" was no where to be found.

• The maid appeared to do next to nothing when she cleaned our room.

  Our room had a king bed, a filthy couch and a broken fridge. The bathroom was dirty and in disrepair and featured a filthy black bath mat. The hotel itself features a mostly broken elevator with some sort of toxic rank smell emanating from it, dirty hallways and a scuzzy pool area with gray (from dirt!

• One day the maid did not even clean our room, I called the front desk and they told me they had a full house, not a good enough reason for not cleaning my room.

  The 1st rooms toilet paper had larger brown stain and was thrown away. 2nd room had musty smell as if there was leak in the room. Only early birds got hot items and staff refused to bring out more of the more expensive items,probly on orders of mangement.

  The rooms reaked even worse, the beds were uncomfortable and i wasn't able to sleep till about 4 in the morning because of a loud humming noise that would not shut off. The bathroom was dirty and the management was unconcerned with our complaints and all I received when I gave the lady at the front desk my review was a shrug of her shoulders.

  We were initially satisfied with our room. 1 king size bed with fridge and microwave.

  However, the carpet was wet and it was because the room above ours had a leaking toilet. Also worth noting - although they say they have a pool, it is NOT heated. They do offer a computer with free internet, however there is only one computer and often it is in use. Eventually, the manager advised us we could check out early and would receive a full refund for that night's stay.

  We were here for the HOT WATER TOUR and everything was great. The price was outstanding for the value and the venue was less than a mile from the hotel. The staff was efficient and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

  Pleasant and efficient frontdesk personnel, waitresses, and other employees.

  Old, dilapidated, scratched-up room furnishings. The restaurant's buffet food was barely OK, except for the salad which was terrible.

  The smell in the elevator was so bad that I almost vomited. I requested another room, which did not smell as bad. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. We had booked the hotel via La Quinta website and we used our points so basically the room was free but I was still very tempted to leave and find another hotel even if it would have cost me a couple hundred dollars. If my reservation would have been for more than one night, then I would have checked out and found me another hotel.
