During our stay at Comfort Inn, we encountered a minor issue with our reservation. However, the front desk staff, particularly Erica, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism, providing us with alternative options and coordinating with the manager, Nand, to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Their compassionate and attentive service truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself had a welcoming ambiance, and while we couldn't stay there due to unforeseen circumstances, we will definitely consider Comfort Inn as our first choice when we're in the area again. Free breakfast, offered cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit and eggs. The setting was best possible, very close to restaurants and stores, Fort Gordon, and all locations. Also, it was 2 miles from Steeds Dairy Farm.

During our stay, Erica and Denise went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was extremely convenient, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions and easily access Fort Gordon. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast options were surprisingly diverse, offering various choices including eggs, sausage, bacon, and cold options as well as fresh fruit. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a full refrigerator and microwave in the room, making our stay even more convenient. we were impressed with the level of service and the amenities provided.

The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during our stay, which posed an inconvenience for those with mobility issues. However, the staff quickly addressed the situation and offered alternative accommodations at a sister property, ensuring that our needs were still met.
