The hotel was overall clean. The staff was respectful and knowledgeable. The setting of the property was comfortable and unbeatable, right off I-80. It was close enough to the riverfront and restaurants and activities along the water. There is also an awesome mall nearby.

The service was excellant with a quick check-in. The breakfast had variety of yogurt, fruit and eggs.

Exceptionally clean hotel, excellent staff & exceptionally nice and unbeatable location very close to an awesome mall with a great indoor play place for the kiddos. A lot of options for breakfast, great yogurt, fruit and eggs.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are knowledgeable and excellent. I have stayed in the king room with a modern bathroom. The location is comfy and unbeatable, with free parking. Every time in Coralville, I choose this place.

Bed was more comfy than the Best Western we stayed at the previous night. We asked for feather free pillows and got them!

VERY dirty. I found previous guests towels in the shower, and multiple makeup stains on the duvet. Also yellow spots (URINE???) on the duvet as well. Definitely not an eye to detail that a hotel should have.

The room was immaculate and tidy with a modern bathroom. The hotel had a comfortable location, being a 10-15 minute walk from Burger King, offering food to go.

Bed was comfortable & breakfast ok.

The smell in our room as we entered! Smelled like someone had puked in the bathroom & not cleaned well. Plus carpet smelled & stained!!

Spacious room with comfy beds. The hotel is well-maintained and located in a perfect spot. Everything is super clean and tidy here! 🌟

A Quick Stay with Hubby

My husband and I stayed here for just one night and we had a great time. The breakfast spread was awesome – there were lots of choices like coffee, yogurt, fruit, and eggs. 🍳

Staff was very helpful when our reservation was lost by Booked.net. Clean and comfortable and very close to an awesome mall with a great indoor play place for the kiddos! Breakfast was great, and they even had fresh strawberries which was an appreciated added touch.

The location is convenient, everything is cleaned very well here, and the staff is knowledgeable and excellent, providing great assistance.

Convenient location in terms of getting around town.

Inconvenient location in terms of seeing the signage and recognizing where the building is. The building construction was apparently inexpensive, as I could hear every footstep and every creak and every laugh from guests who were in the lobby. And this is not unique to this particular hotel, but I was very unhappy paying significantly higher rates because there was another event in town, with which I had no connection! The price ended up being higher than the value because of the "adjustment" forced on all of us by the wrestling tournament being in town.
