The hotel is nicely decorated and set in a tranquil area. The room was a great size, equipped with a fridge and microwave. The location was nice and quiet. It is conveniently located just 1 mile from Good-n-Crisp for quick-service food.

The staff was, without a doubt, the friendliest of any hotel I have ever stayed at. From the room maid to the front desk, anyone I asked or assistance was ready to accommodate. The morning breakfast was there on time and the serving line was will attended. This is apparently an older hotel, thus it APPEARED to be not as clean as some newer hotels. However, I watched some of the attendants clean one of the rooms. They were very through

The location of the hotel is on the south side of the freeway, so approaching from the east, one must pass it up and do a u turn to get back to it.

Here in Texas everything is very big. Also the hotel room, bed, bathroom etc. The meals are also generous; for example breakfast. Everything here is also very comfortable. Must be, with everyone eating so much. And logically: the staff is very nice!
