The hotel provided good prices. I truly enjoyed that the property was fantastic and fairly clean. The location for Syracuse was magnificent, close enough to a major shopping center. Also, it was 5 min drive from Nbt Bank Stadium.

This hotel is conveniently located near the taxi pick up area, making it easy to catch a ride to your destination. It is also close to a mall, so you can indulge in some retail therapy. The hotel provides a shuttle service, which is a great bonus for those wanting to explore California. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a variety of TV channels to choose from. The breakfast offerings are fantastic, with options like eggs, meat, and home fries. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making your stay enjoyable.

I liked the atrium, pool, hot tub and that it was in close proximity to the Destiny shopping mall and Ballpark.

When I booked my room I asked for a pool side when I got there we were located in a room next to the exit and facing the parking lot. The room wasn't bad it had wall paper that was bubbled and worn over the bed close to the door. We found a box of candy that was open and left in the drawer from the previous people and a pair of shoes that were near the air conditioner. We had to call maintenance as the air conditioner wasn't working. The maintenance person was very friendly and said he usually has to come in once a day to fix the A/C. It this happens frequently then maybe the unit should be replaced. The room never did cool and only a faint amount of cool air was expelled from the a/c. When I went to the desk to return the shoes and state my concerns all I got was sorry as the attendant went back to doing what she was doing. No effort to first acknolwedge me or even thank me for bringing the shoes or determining what room number I was in. Coffee in the complimentary coffee was ice cold. The two ice machines on the floor did not work. These are all little things that add up. The bartender who was also our waiter was very friendly. The attendant when we left was very helpful in explaining an added charge. This isn't a bad place to stay but a little bit of repair and training for the staff could make this an awesome place.

Location: the hotel was just off a bar/restaurant and several fast food places. There were functional, reasonably large rooms with a queen size soga bed, a pull out couch plus including the bathroom. The jewel in the crown was pleasant staff...

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and had a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and resolved any issues promptly. The room, specifically Rm#128, had a comfortable mattress and soft pillows. Although the wallpaper was peeling and patched, the room was still quiet and easy to find. Despite the slightly high price, it didn't meet the expected comfort and quality. Additionally, the hot tub lacked maintenance, with excessive foam and young children using it. However, overall, my stay was decent, and I appreciated the convenience of the indoor pool.

I thoroughly enjoyed the original-style building, brand-new room with a pull out couch. The food was outstanding with variety of alternatives.

Staff solved a booking issue (Booked.net reservation did not get to the facility). We had an early flight, and they were great to fix our dilemma.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Comfort Inn. The room was comfortable and the extra pillows were a nice touch. The location was convenient for our needs and the staff, especially the night manager, were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

The only slight improvement that could be made to the breakfast experience would be to have two of each waffle maker, as there were lines forming and I preferred not to wait, so I settled for toast.

The early morning staff kept referencing "the incident" as the reason breakfast was not ready and why they could not get my family the toiletries that were not in the room (i.e. Hand soap). Apparently someone broke a window into a room. One staff member states that someone "Bruce Willis'd" into the hotel. Not really a vote of confidence.
