The lobby was surprisingly nice and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle service provided to the airport was a great convenience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for easy access to the highways and the airport.
The hallways had a strong smell of marijuana and the room I stayed in had a leaky air conditioning unit, resulting in a wet and moldy floor. The bathtub only had hot water, and the room itself was outdated with broken furniture and no refrigerator or microwave.

Its King Room comes with a small kitchenette area equipped with coffee maker and microwave. There is a small living area. A very spacious room for the price and convenient location to the Dulles airport.

The hotel offers a complimentary tea and coffee station, which was a lifesaver for my upset stomach. The breakfast was also great with a variety of options including hard boiled eggs, bread, pastries, peanut butter. The predictability of the breakfast at Comfort Inns is always a plus.
The size of the room was a major downside. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, with limited space for movement.
