Nice hotel, very close to the shops, we will go back there. They even clean our room which is very rare nowadays.

The provided service was SUPERB. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Within short walking distance to attractions, including War Memorial.

Helpful staff made a difference during my stay. The nearby Cooke Park was just a mile away and super convenient to get to. Loved the spot; nice touch!

This hotel is well located, with many attractions nearby such as a great restaurant and shops. The rooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and quality pillows. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-ins and late check-outs. Guests can enjoy the fantastic pool and towel service. The hotel also provides a welcoming bar area for guests to relax and meet other travelers.

A member of staff was abrupt and unhelpful when there was an issue with the fridge, causing food to spoil.

Comfortable bed . Set back a bit from the highway so reasonably quiet.

We selected this motel because it had a restaurant but were told after check in that the restaurant was closed. We had dinner at the motel across the street and charged it back to our room which worked out fine. The bathroom in our room had been renovated but the general appearance of the rooms and the whole motel is a bit tired.

Spent my Xmas holidays here and loved the spacious family room with a separate room for the kids. The well-stocked fridge with milk and drinking water was a nice touch. The spa bath was relaxing and the TV in the kids’ room was great. The location was perfect, close to everything and the staff was friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety especially for the fruit and toasting items; the cooked options were basic, nothing to write home about.

Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and quality underlay. The restaurant service and meals were impeccable, as was the buffet breakfast. The motel's high standards and great dining options make it a standout choice. I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next visit.

Pool was a little dirty and some of the pool furniture was in bad condition and made the pool area look untidy

Very comfortable and spacious room. Great bed and bedding. Free Wifi. Good curtains block out light for a good nights sleep. Set back from road.

Small bar fridge stocked with usual sale offerings left very little room for our items.

The hotel was in a great location near many restaurants and shops, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the price was very reasonable for the quality of accommodation.

We did find the breakfast selection a little limited, and the decor of the hotel was a bit outdated. However, these were minor issues and did not affect our overall positive experience at this hotel.

We were made welcome from the moment we arrived , staff were obliging . We were unable to have dinner there as they had a function booked they booked us in across the road at the Comfort Inn and the staff there were also very pleasant . We will certainly stay there again.
