  She didn't argue when I asked for money back.

  We walked in the room and walked right back out to get a refund. Bad location, non-smoking rooms smell like they have been smoked in. You can see inside some of the rooms and there are stacked mattresses. She wasnt suprised when we asked for refund...

  Because at first the place was very nice, check-in was great.

  Bathroom had not been cleaned, the sheets were not changed and the Continental Breakfast was not very well maintained.

  Ann and other gals at reception were exceptional as well as the cleaning staff; even the maintenance guy was nice This is an nice affordable older hotel and the wear and tear (not damage) is obvious in places. Pool is very nice, but was bitter cold in March. The room had a frig, microwave, and coffeemaker--very nice and clean. Great continental breakfast, which included french toast, waffles, and sausage. We would take the WONDERFUL staff at this hotel over sleek and shiny anytime.

  It is clean and perfectly functional except the hot tub. Hot tub needed refilling every day (cold water). Orlando North is Winter Garden, which is just north of Orlando?
