I liked the friendly African-American attendant that was there Sunday evening. He was probably the only friendly & attentive worker I came across during my stay.
i went there so i could relax and catch up on some extra work. the neighbors beside me were so incredibly loud even until 2 in the morning and smoked the entire time I was there. After I brought it to the floor staff's attention I wish they would have taken the initiative of moving me to another room.

I didn't feel safe. The bathroom door didn't close. It was old and dirty. Although it is a non smoking hotel it smelled of smoke. The elevators were dirty. The beds were old and dingy bedspreads.
