For this hotel charges for a room, i expected better and staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The pool at the radisson has got to be the best in Key West.

Loud air conditioning that did not work properly, the fridge was broken as well and to old.

Nice pool, nice tiki bar 2, huge rooms and excellent complimentary breakfast.

Older place water damaged wall paper and the Front Desk Manager is very unprofessional and talks down at you.

The pool was clean and the view gorgeous, this hotel was a very comfortable stay for our 3 nights. The staff were helpful and beds were nice. The food was really good.

My room had a bay view; was beautiful, hotel staff were very pleasant and front desk was very professional and helpful. The beds were amazing, dryers by the pool and the bar was excellent, food was extra nice for a Dennys.
