My queen room was newly remodelled and large on 1st fl. The location was unbeatable, next to the fitness center as well as Carmel, IN or thereabouts. Also, it was 1 mile from Pleasant Grove Park.

The location is magnificent and wonderful, in the North Indianapolis area. Recently renovated rooms complete with microwave and a thermostat for comfort, as example.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was pleasant and impeccably clean with unbeatable location in area for surgery. The staff were all really helpful, and the room was newly renovated on 1st fl.

Its location in Carmel was favourable, right by the fitness center, and Carmel, IN or thereabouts. The room was neat and updated, accommodating staff.

It has favourable location even in spite of the road construction, in a central area.

Staff is pleasant and you can park your car on site. The units were neat on 1st fl.

Overall had really comfortable stay with my next business trip. The breakfast spread was warm, with good choice of appetising options. The room was updated and neat on 1st fl, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The rooms were a nice size and newly decorated here with bathtub etc and a thermostat, as for instance. The location was absolutely perfect, near to a pond, the supermarket, and the fitness center, in a very very nice area.

Greatly enjoyed the way my queen room was arranged with microwave and bathroom, as example. All the employees were accommodating and affable.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for one night during a business trip to Indianapolis. The front desk staff, especially the evening gentleman, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their warm demeanor and constant smile made me feel welcome and appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. Despite my shortened visits to Indy in recent years, this hotel remains my top choice, thanks to the exemplary service provided by their staff.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was recently refurbished on 1st fl and I thoroughly enjoyed affable staff. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven if needed. The hotel had indeed a good and magnificent location in a central area.

The food was delicious, with a wide array of options. The room was recently refurbished with bathtub etc and a thermostat for comfort and coffee maker for a really really nice stay. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Carmel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.
