The rooms are clean with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. A bathroom is equipped with bathtubs. Would stay here again, I appreciated this absolutely great place...

Rooms come with a microwave 🍿. They serve a tasty hot breakfast with a variety of options, like waffles and gravy. The location is convenient and fantastic, situated in a nice area close to restaurants, stores, and a hill for scenic views.

This place is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly; it's conveniently located in the middle of Jackson with rooms equipped with a microwave.

The hotel's position was marvellous, really close to the hill. Everything was great, nevertheless a few employees were very rude. The room was wonderful with a microwave, and the breakfast was warm and free.

The location of the hotel was great - within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean and had fantastic amenities. We even enjoyed a meal at the nearby McDonald's.

Attractive appearance, well-maintained grounds, courteous staff, comfortable beds, good nights sleep, impeccable breakfast staff.

Great value for your money with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located with quick access to the highway and nearby fast food chains. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, especially the lukewarm water in the hot water pitcher.

The bed was fairly comfortable, the hotel is right off the interstate. The room warmed up quickly.

There was hair in the bathtub when we checked in, the duvet cover had some sort of whitish smear on it. The shower curtain had clearly pulled out of the wall more than once. Too much furniture in the room.

The fact that the tv service was not fully operational and you were told about that up front and it was nobody's fault but it is not much to do in your room but watch TV I think a little adjustment should have been on your bill

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a muffin to take away when we had to check out early for work. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to major highways. Plus, they had a waffle maker at breakfast which was a nice touch.

There were a few negatives about this hotel. the room had a strong odor that required us to spray it multiple times.
