Both rooms we booked were newly renovated and spotless with comfy beds, the microwaves. Enjoyed stunning location, so close to a residential area and downtown and The Galleria. Furthermore, close to airport.

Thank you very much everyone for a really great stay for a business trip. I had impeccably clean room to myself with comfy beds and the microwaves, as example. There were a microwave oven and a fridge, appreciated it. The staff was consistently courteous - I would stay here again.

It was a nice looking and gorgeous hotel in a very very nice area, adjacent to the Memorial Park, downtown and local restaurants. The staff were all attentive. Central location was a plus. I had coffee at Canyon Creek Cafe, located within 10 minutes walk.

Truly enjoyed it - the place is gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable and suited me fine. The hotel's staff is exceptionally nice. The service is good, includes safe parking. Need to add that here is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The location was perfect and excellent because it was just next door to the magnificent Memorial Park and downtown activities and Houston. The service provided there was excellent.

A great and incredibly beautiful place to stay in Houston. Courteous stuff, updated room with comfy beds. Breakfast with bagels and toppings, as for instance. Fast check-in, fast check-out. The pool is good and relaxing too.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail. The location was perfect, just outside of downtown and close to all the local events in the Heights. We didn't have to worry about expensive parking like we would have at the downtown hotels. Plus, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms had the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was delicious and served with a variety of options to choose from.

Room was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to major highways and close proximity to city attractions.

The front desk staff was not consistently helpful or knowledgeable. There was a mix-up with our reservation and we were overcharged.

I was disgusted by the service of the staff. I was also extremely disapointed that dispite having booked non-smoking rooms, we were given smoking rooms and told that it was 'tough' that was not what we had booked and paid for as it was 'all that was available by the time they got our reservation'. They should not be able to sell something on the internet they cannot provide.
