The lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful, and I was delighted to receive a free room upgrade. The newly renovated bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the wooden hangers in the wardrobe and the spacious room. The staff were super friendly and I was welcomed with two free drinks upon arrival. I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Hotel.

nothing that we liked about the hotel.

Everything was wrong. The bed sheets were stained. spider webs around the whole room. the spa bath was not clean. Syringes were flashed down the bathroom sink. Could hear the next door people speak and snore. mini bar had only 2 drinks and no ice inside the fridge. Would never suggest this hotel for any person to stay. even though it was cheap for a spa bath room. We regret our stay at the hotel. 0/5 stars.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a train station and parking was available on site, which was very convenient. It was also close to Harmony Square and the Dandenong Skatepark. We had a great time here.

The hotel had a peaceful setting and provided free Wi-Fi, making it a great choice for a holiday. It was conveniently located within 2 km of Harmony Square.

Standard of amenities, general state of disrepair eg plug socket hanging off wall, cracked hand basin, hair dryer off wall shower continually dripping, curtain hanging off window and tv remote broken.

Spacious,renovated room & bathroom,very clean.Room upstairs more secure and walk downstairs to restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Staff friendly & efficient

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided everything I needed. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the shopping district and getting to Dandenong town center.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Crack whores at my door at 7am asking for 2 dollars. Booked for 3 people only had 2 towels and one blanket.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing valuable advice on things to do and places to go. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that had huge bathrooms and comfy beds. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to a variety of food outlets within walking distance. It was great to have breakfast included in the rate, making it excellent value for money.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find anything that could be improved.

No hair dryer, and heating wasn't working.

Room had been slightly renovated, new bathroom was very nice and it was good to have clean towels and bins emptied every day.

The stale smell of cigarette in the room, and the noisy feral losers in the room next door.

We had a great stay here! Best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, with fresh linen and a dark room for a good sleep. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed and easy transportation.

On arrival the reception area smelt like a men's toilet - i think a STRONG "air freshner".Also the "garden area' outside entrance looked sad and forgotten, not great first impressions.!!
