We recently stayed at a hotel near Graceland, and it was a great location for our trip. The hotel was close to SIU Edwardsville and had easy access to the main road. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice shower with a sliding glass door. The staff was friendly and the check-in/out process was quick. The breakfast had a variety of options, including moist eggs. The parking area was well-lit and felt safe. The only negative aspect was the thin walls, as we could hear doors shutting early in the morning.
