We stayed at the Comfort Inn by the Bay in June this year and found the hotel excellent value for money.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were a good size and great value for money.

We felt that this hotel was value for money.

I'm not sure this establishment offers a good value for the rates charged, but San Francisco hotels (unfortunately) seem to be uniformly overpriced.

位置便利,离码头只有几步之遥,靠近公交车和电车路线.

The location was great, central to the things we wanted to see, and located on 101 and several transit lines.

The location is excellent and the hotel is well located for the San Francisco waterfront.

We did find that it is far enough from the BART station that a cab is required to take public transport to the airport, however (although there may be a bus that runs there).

We caught the bus down town and because the bus didnt run to Van Ness and Lombard (where the hotel is located) we had to take a taxi, still cheaper than that shuttle from the airport!

我没给,自己去了前台,很显然那电话不是前台打的,他们很镇定的对我说任何人都可以从外线打进房间,只需要按对房门号就行.

虽然我们住的套房是专门为残疾人准备的,但是我觉得和普通套房唯一的区别就是浴缸比较低而已.

第一天我们被电话铃吵醒了,貌似是前台管我们要信用卡信息,说他们之前没划对.

因此住在这里的人们一定要小心,那些员工貌似对于这种诈骗也知晓,不过与其自己之间作为谈资还不如贴个告示在屋里,不知道他们之前贴没贴过.

The room itself was not bad, comfy bed, lots of pillows,decent size television, the bathroom however was not the greatest, it was tiny and no window and no fan?

高峰期时,吃早餐有点挤,不过食物很棒.

早餐有丰富的自助式样,面包,松饼,还可以自己做华夫饼.

员工很友善,建议我们去哪些餐馆吃饭,去哪儿游玩.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant/bar or gym/pool so be prepared to find these if required.

Friendly bar across Lombard St, but don't bother with the Italian restaurant.

We reserved a "deluxe - panoramic bay view room, clean and friendly hotel, the reception staff were very helpful.

Also, there are two flights of stairs from the parking garage to the elevator in the lobby, so you will have to carry up all your luggage.

Only downside was the car parking charge of $25 a day.

The also offer $25 parking in their garage and I highly recommend this extra cost.

The wireless high-speed internet service worked perfectly from the start.

High speed internet access was available at no charge.

    Area good as we had two teenagers and my stay was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was attractive, the breakfast was nice - especially the waffles.

    Good for buses, the Golden Gate Bridge was amazing and the location was handy - we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel was clean and rates were reasonable. Staff was helpful and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great, the seafood there was awesome.

    The street below was a bit noisy and our toilet seat was broken. The maid was a bit short.

    Well located for the buses for getting around the city, the famed department stores of Union Square and they would warm up after 5 minutes. Also the view was excellent and the hotel was very nice. The price was good and reception was polite. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was ideal.
