  Rather a nice cormer of a buisy city, good value and great for the price. Staff very friendly and the room was of reasonable size and was very clean and comfortable.

  Location of this hotel is fantastic for us and the staff are freindly and helpful. The food, rooms and facilities are all excellent, traditional breakfast sufficient to set you up for the day.

  Great staff made this hotel worthwhile and the water pressure in the shower was perfect and there was plenty of hot water.

  Reception was shockingly unhelpful, bossy and hostile, the breakfast was awful.

  For one overnight stop was perfectly adequate and fair value for money, my room wasn't unclean and did the job as a place to sleep on business, for the price I thought was great. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and filled me for the hectic day ahead.

  Palisades shopping centres and is therefore ideal for shopping trips, the hotel is in a pretty great location, comfortable and spacious rooms make up for the slightly shabby exterior. The staff are very nice and helpful too, the bed must have been designed for a child as I found difficult to fit in.
