  Location is good for tourists and this hotel is not worth the money I paid for. The price is excellent, the staff at the reception are very friendly and room we have has a large bathroom.

  Breakfast included is a bit light, no choices could be made.

  Bus connections to historic sites, nice hotel and good price. Reception staff were helpful and our room was facing the beautiful Monasterio de San Jeronimo.

  The street was quite noisy at night and s facilities were rather old and the toilet wouldn'. Breakfast was very poor.

  The location is good and we could park our rented car right in front of the hotel just to bring out our luggage. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious.

  Near enough to sites downtown and budget friendly. Good price and staff were courteous. Balkony from the room was nice.

  Fabulous views from the roof terrace and s location is quite good and the rooftop breakfast bar was a nice change from other hotels.

  The staff are quite rude, heat in the room does not come up.

  Nice location, good place and the indifference to service showed in the bits of dirt and clumped hair on the floor, as well. Clean room and bathroom, pleasant bar.

  The badly organised breakfast and bad choice, much better options for the same money. Disdainful attitude of at least one of the receptionists, old facilities.
