Comfort Hotel Holberg Bergen - 卑爾根

Located right next to the beautiful city center of Bergen and location is good as well we really enjoy our stay.

Good location and other than that hotel adequate for short stay.

Excellent location, nice decor and the 24-hour free lobby tea.

A taxi to this hotel from the airport cost £25 during the week.

For some reason a taxi back to the airport on Sunday cost £45.

When questioned, the hotel sent a man with a rollaway who had to empty all of the furniture out of one room in order to fit the bed into it.

The room is quite small with an even smaller combined toilet and tub/shower area.

Not having a bathtub is fine but the shower is strong enough and the floor un-elevated enough that you might find water spilling out into the main room.

Pleasant staff, comfortable bed and free tea/coffee in the restaurant 24 hrs.

The room had a great feel to - modern and cosy, not having a bathtub is fine, the buffet includes a large selection of salad/fish/bread/meat cheese etc.

We had to leave early to catch our flight the last day before the breakfast opened, so the staff prepared breakfasts for us the day before and kept them in the hotel refrigerator.

Free coffee at lounge-room, very tasty breakfast and lots of nice local products.

A good 20 minute walk to the train station, central location within easy reach of shops and breakfast area is very inadequate in size to handle the number of guests the hotel is near full.

The breakfast is also very good, all ecological food and a good variety of choice.

The staff were friendly and well informed and seemed happy to assist us with questions about how to get where we were going.

We went there, having already traveled for a week, the price and service was excellent.

The price was reasonable and internet access on a pc in the lobby were very helpful.

The only minus was the sauna and steambath - this was not very nice.

Cyclists seem to be allowed to ride on the pavement, but do so at high speed to the dismay of the pedestrians.

I picked this hotel over others because of its good reviews, staff were efficient and friendly, room was clean and spacious.
