I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cute, well laid out, and relatively spacious. The location was ideal, close to downtown and the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and their English was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

As in whole North Europe it has no bidet.

I always stay here when I visit. The staff is friendly. They even helped me return my forgotten things. The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, TV, kettle. Plus, it's near the beach and there's no pets or smoking. I'll be back for Christmas!

Clean, comfortable room. Good situation to get to beach, port, town etc. Helpful, friendly young man at reception on arrival; friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Breakfast room is rather cramped. Bedroom could do with air-conditioning or fan as it was very warm.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect; straight down the beach road, we walked to the interesting water front for lovely views and great food. The service was impeccable - the staff was always helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious, with a charming view of the back to the ferry. The bathroom was clean and modern, with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with fantastic coffee in the on-site café.

There was a minor issue with the internet connection. Despite the hotel advertizing it, the wireless internet was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to connect to VPN.

Helpful and friendly. Kept our bags even though we arrived at 8 am and then placed them in the room for us.

Reception not staffed full day on Sundays - couldnt leave our bags after checking out because the place was closed till 4pm and we needed to collect the bags at 3pm.

We were pleased with this hotel's convenient location to explore the city and access transportation options such as the train station and ferry. Additionally, the hotel provided comfy beds with blackout curtains, fresh bed sheets and towels, and a decent breakfast. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff and the reasonable cost of parking were also excellent features.

The room was clean and modern, with a beautiful bathroom and a great selection of breakfast buffet foods. The location was perfect, being only a few minutes' walk away from the waterfront and the town centre.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it very hot and uncomfortable during the night. the street noise outside the hotel was very loud, making it difficult to fall asleep.
