  The location was good and close to the railway station [7mts walk, the hotel's public areas and our room were spotlessly clean, staff were fabulous.

  We didn't stay here for free and incredibly helpful staff. Good shower over the bath.

  Limited breakfast and dinners weren't great either.

  Extremely helpful front desk and huge beds joined. Good food and clean.

  Hotel is located on busy road and the staff is sarcastic and mean, including the house cleaning lady.

  Excellent views of the Jungfrau and train is free. Switzerland is a beautiful place, the location is good and the building looks nice, breakfast is continental style. The staff is extremely helpful and room is clean.

  Rooms and location were excellent, train station and the central shops were 10 mins walk away. The bar staff were also very friendly and made our party very welcome, the service was efficient and the sauna and hot tub were a nice touch after long days. Breakfast was amazing.

  The location is great, hotel Chalet Swiss is located within a short walking distance from the centre of Interlken and very friendly and helpful staff Good parking facilities even cost 10 CHF per day. The bathroom has good towels.

  Location good food very good and a nice small veranda faced the mountains. Thanks for a wonderful stay, shops were all withing walking distance as was a lovely patisserie and the staff were extremely helpful and were always ready to give advice needed. Rooms were more than acceptable and breakfast was continental. The owner was the least friendly.

  Excellent area for touring and good value. Helpful and friendly staff, the Asst Manager also seemed very nice, rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable.
