        For a hotel of this size a pool or Spa area would be a great improvement, staff is not professional.

        The view from the window was gorgeous and setting were fantastic. The staff were really friendly and the room was huge. The food was excellent, dinner were very good as well and all facilities were of high class.

        Pleasant surroundings- very accessible to Nottingham and gorgeous place. Large home, staff were great and the night manager was so helpful and friendly. Our room was fantastic, breakfast was good and the waiters were excellent.

        The secluded location was beautiful and we were upgraded to the best room in the hotel due to some problem in the room that was intended for us. Service was very good, our bedroom was a very large also the bathroom and the food was excellent. Being disappointed - our wedding menu was perfect.

        Historic house in attractive grounds and great setting. Very nice staff, the receptionist didn't look at us as we arrived and the rooms are generally clean. The breakfast is was really lovely and the menu is quite extensive.

        Very noisy into the late night/early morning due to lots of people at the events - no double glazing to block out the sound and some of the decoration is very poor quality.

        A beautiful old home, pEACEFUL SETTING and the staff were helpful and efficient. The room was magnificent, food in Georgetown restaurant was good.
