Appreciated the place, had a very comfortable stay with an excellent value for money. The hotel's location was favourable, just off eateries and hangouts in the oysterbay/ masaki area and a sauna, massage and fitness centre and many nice restaurants.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

A lot of goodies for breakfast. Location - peaceful adjacent to other good restaurants, the peninsula of Dar es Salaam and supermarkets. Early check-in and easy check-out, parking on-site.

The location was excellent and unbeatable - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Good hot breakfast with reasonably priced food served on time.
Facilities were pretty nice, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Everything was very good, the parking was onsite, the room was reasonably large. The breakfast was plentiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the bar where it was served.

Stayed here for honeymoon and can recommend it. The hotel was descent, the room was brand-new and I really enjoyed top-class staff. Particularly good location so close to peninsula and the ferries going to Zanzibar and other good restaurants, I felt safe. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Coco Beach.
Nothing that i didn't like.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit to Dar es Salaam, as it was within reach of all the areas we needed to visit. The hotel had a beautiful Roman theme, with impressive architecture and columns that created a charming ambiance. The restaurant was also stunning, with faux cherry blossom trees and a vibrant atmosphere. The free breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, and we especially enjoyed the outstanding meals served at the rooftop spa. The gym was top-notch, equipped with modern facilities and open to both hotel guests and the public.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to many restaurants and shops. The gym was excellent and had a good variety of equipment. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed.
The staff were not friendly and seemed disinterested in providing good service. , the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and difficult to use.
