The room was booked with an exceptionally comfortable bed, air conditioning, and amenities like coffee and a kettle.

The location was perfect, not too far from a medieval cathedral, and the room was well furnished with a continental breakfast, comfortable bed, and a fully enclosed shower, everything was very good.

I've had air conditioned and brand-new room with terrace, a particularly impressive bathroom plus mini fridge. Excellent service was provided.

The hotel has a newly renovated, modern design and is located in a fantastic area with plenty of cafes nearby. the staff was friendly and welcoming during our entire visit. Our room was quiet and stylish, equipped with amenities like tea and coffee, a cozy bed, and windows that could be opened. I have absolutely no complaints at all.

Its location was central, extremely close to Statues of David.

The hotel is close to the main tourist area.

Quite strange thing: the street is narrow, nearly no traffic, but at night time any single car\bike or even loud speaking make much noise. So, it was difficult to sleep with the open window (no air conditioning, at least in my room).

This is a dirty hole without A/C. (Florence in Summer, without A/C is hell.) The plase is dirty. Hasn't been cleaned for a while. Bathroom is a nightmare. When you try to cancel the rst of the booking (not the first night), they change the price, and demand cash payment.

Marvellous and fantastic location for visiting bars and restaurants a short walk to the hotel. Local fast food option Il Vegano was 5 minutes walk away. We stayed in a double room which was extremely spacious and elegant. The breakfast was fresh and good, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hugo for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was bright, clean, and located just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff, especially Rocco and his mother, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, with fresh pastries and savory treats. The bed in my room was super comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.
