Charming old and luxury hotel, stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was fab - adjacent to a lovely beach right up the road. Furthermore, close to a great Japanese restaurant. Marvellous breakfast selection with goodies, all wonderfully fresh plus homemade breads, everyone could find their favorite food.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Got modern, updated room with a tv. The location was perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a public library. Btw, went to city center, located at a short distance from the hotel. All in all my stay was really nice, no complains at all.

I spend 3 nights in Yarmouth lovely. It was within 20 min drive from the airport. Everyone was excellent, I felt right at home.

Everything was immaculate, excellent location close to a great Japanese restaurant, the staff were accommodating. Location: the hotel was close enough to Yarmouth and the grounds and the most of the Cape. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Little Greenough Pond.

We got great value for our money at the Chapter House in Yarmouth. The room was spacious, clean, and had nice personal touches like different tea and coffee options. The location was perfect for exploring Cape Cod, and the staff treated us with warmth and hospitality.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was more variety in the options.

We were very pleased with the owner of the Inn. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful to all of his guests. His staff was very pleasant and overall it was a good experience.

Not a bad location.

The staff isn't that welcoming or warm ... not organized (the place kinda chaotic) - it's hard to move and the stairs to walk up didn't feel safe. It's not cozy as what I expected.

Rooms were modern and large!

I appreciated the room with a fridge, the bed was comfortable. Also, location was comfy and perfect, relatively near Dennis Pond. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

I had an amazing time at this place. The location is perfect; it's close to a great Japanese restaurant and the staff provided excellent service and was very helpful on tips to help us get the most of our stay in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I loved the terrace with the garden furniture and the free wi-fi in rooms was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful picnic area.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

Dinners, which were included with the room, were fantastic.

Tight quarters. Limited TV channels. Hallways were musty- no fresh air circulating in them.

Attentive staff, newly decorated and clean room with ample sleeping space for a family of four. Helpful and friendly general manager. Relaxing deck area with plenty of seating and fire pit. Excellent location with easy access to beaches and attractions in the area. Good quality breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Feeling the history of the building adds to the experience.
