Perfect location, the staff was very helpful and the room lay out was good.

Prior to leaving I had booked a taxi with the hotel and they gave me a very good price (this was rush hour and no taxis were to be found unoccupied).

The "A", "C" and "D" Subte (subway) lines are all within 2 blocks of the hotel.

My room was really a suite with a bedroom/queensize bed, a living room, two TV's and a modern bathroom.

I was in the 11th floor in a 2-room suite with a double bed (in one room) and 2 single beds in a separate room connected by a door.

Barely room to walk around a double bed, and a bath that only allows one person in it at time, unless one is in the shower.

Be sure to ask for a double bed (cama matrimonial), because even though the travel agency knew we were a couple, we were initially assigned two very small twin beds.

At my insistence that the room was totally unacceptable, we were "upgraded" to a corner room, which had a double bed, but was still very small.

Food at the restaurant was good, including the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was great with hot and cold food.

The dining room is big and airy and the free daily breakfasts were very substantial: Eggs, potatos, sausauges, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, rolls, cake, cold cuts, juice, coffee, tea, much more.

Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits, pastries, hot meal.

I didn't use the phone and I didn't use the bar.

The location is GREAT and good front desk service.

They made reservations for travel and shows for us and most of the desk staff spoke English.

The staff was excellent - every one of them.

The elevators are very small, if you are going out in the am you may have a 10 to 15 minute wait.

The pool is also smaller than it appears.

This time we chose the lowest priced room and it was comfortable and clean also - no problem.

From the front doors to the rooms, the hotel was modern, spotlessly clean and pleasant smelling.

The room was very clean and the size of the room reminded me of the room size in Paris hotels- small but adequate.

The suite was very clean, and although it has carpet on the floor, it was not smelly.
