The hotel was located short walk to train station and city center as well as the tourist areas. The employees were brilliantly helpful and offered exceptional services. The breakfast was plentiful with jam and sandwiches and pastries and had something for everyone. The location of the property was comfortable and perfect - not very far from Musee des Beaux-Arts de Nancy.

In overall the room was tidy and with TV, nice decor, for example. It met requirements. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, La Place was just a short walk away from the hotel.

By and large, it was nice and absolutely charming place with amazing staff at the reception desk. The hotel was in the very central setting close to the station.

That was nice and charming hotel set in pretty nice area, adjacent to all the downtown old city sites, a restaurant and shops or the main train station or the conference center.

We stayed at this hotel in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the railway station and the gorgeous Place Stanislas. The location couldn't have been better, as we could easily explore the historic center on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast spread was satisfying. they offered a mobile Internet device for a reasonable price, ensuring connectivity throughout our stay.

The elevator was tiny and could only accommodate a couple of people at a time.

The room was big for the price. They have a lift. The hotel lays relatively in the central.of Nancy, so parking is not easy. But when you stay from Sunday to Monday you can park for free. Breakfast and Welcome drink making this a good deal. The restaurant next to the hotel is nice.

The smell in the hotel was a musty smell in the staircase. All around the hotel are oneways. So its hard to reach by car. The lift is very small.

Everything was simply perfect. The property was reasonably priced with competent staff at the reception desk. Had particularly good and excellent location near the train station in Nancy, a short walk to La Place.

This hotel is excellently located, just a short walk from the train station and within easy distance of the city center. It is situated in a vibrant shopping area, making it convenient for guests to explore and indulge in some retail therapy. The rooms are comfortably decorated, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

We were very pleased with the Americain Hotel. Even though it was an older hotel, the room was a good size and comfortable. We felt it was a good value for the money. The breakfast was good, they had free Wi-Fi and they were very helpful.
