Location was perfect for exploring the city. Rooms were great too with lovely views of the surrounding streets.
A fridge in the room would have been ideal for keeping some liquids cool.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Grand Theatre de Bordeaux was great and charming. I greatly enjoyed comfort queen room with minimal comforts.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was fine. The staff were both attentive and knowledgeable. The room was ideal and modern, included with excellent view, extra pillows, for instance. Booked it for £ 83. The location was perfect and handy for walking around Place Gambetta.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, near top attractions and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities are good and the room is clean and comfortable.

Nothing. First we were put in the fourth floor which is actually an attic and we were bumping our heads against the cieling. Although there were no windows only air vents. Then luckily we went down to the third floor. Again the room was too small and a double bed was placed against a wall so everytime I had to use the bathroom I had to slide down from the foot of the bed to the floor very uncomfortable for mature people. Lobby small anyway only the location was ok

We loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The tram stop and shopping streets were right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. Despite a few minor issues, the staff were always polite and smiling, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service.
