It has perfectly clean rooms with a lovely modern bathroom, comfortable beds, as for instance to feel comfortable. The breakfast is free and hearty at 8:15am, had delicious food. The location is fantastic, to see the CP Christmas train.

The hotel of choice in Perth. Clean, reasonably spacious venue with free parking on-site. Modern and huge room, complimentary breakfast. Magnificent view and a shower, hair dryers, and a spa bathtub in the bathroom...

This place was just what we had hoped for, can recommend. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was marvellous and prime, just 5 min walk from Stewart Park.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very welcoming. I had an immaculately clean room complete with a mini fridge, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning. The location was great for walking around Perth Museum.

Its location was beautiful, close to beautiful John A Stewart public park, and Perth for business.

The king room is well-appointed and has a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Nothing to complain about, we would definitely book here again if in Perth.

It was exceptional and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with best staff and magnificent location close to downtown. Location: the property was close enough to shops and restaurants, the more beautiful parks in Eastern Ontario, and Perth for business. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

The location of the hotel was central, not far from so many lovely restaurants and the downtown where there are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. The breakfast was hearty with sausage, real eggs plus a waffle station, and the facilities were awesome.

Reasonably good, efficient personnel from check-in to check-out during stay. Central area, central location really close to the downtown area where there are many stores, cafe, tea rooms and the park, all the shops in Downtown Perth and an awesome downtown with a lot of choices for restaurants. Nearby Fiddleheads Bar and Grill - great place to chill out.

Nicely decorated brand-new property with efficient staff from check-in to check-out. Large room and exceptionally comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Enjoyable breakfast with a waffle maker and sausage, for instance, unbeatable and incredible location.

Had amazing stay for 4 nights and the weather was beautiful. It was brand-new, good sized and with a balcony. Our accommodation was set in a central location close to many pubs, and a restaurant. Had nice dainties at The Fieldhouse, located just next door to the hotel.

great way to end our trip. reasonably spacious good value hotel with a very pretty and lovely location close to beautiful perth as well as the park. booked a pet-friendly room with comfortable beds and pillows and upgraded electronics and the continental breakfast was. excellent food in the casual restaurant.
