This hotel is located so close to the beach that it’s easy to walk there. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was varied and good value. The pool area is clean although chairs are not too comfortable. The cleaning lady kept the room cleaned and tidy.

The hotel lacks proper management of sun beds which can be frustrating for guests who have paid for use, but blocked by groups that occupy the beds then leave for the beach for the morning.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to plaja din neptun. Room met needs well. No complaints with the hotel. The location was near everything we wanted to do...

Great beachfront hotel with excellent food and friendly service. Loved the views from the rooms and the comfortable beds. The hotel amenities were well above standard and the hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring on foot. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff was always willing to help with anything you needed. The hotel also had plenty of parking available and was easy to find.

The pool area could use an update and a deeper clean, but it was still enjoyable nonetheless. The staff at the front desk could have been more welcoming and informative, but they were not rude by any means. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway.

Rooms and elevator too small.

Nice breakfast, clean room and spa within reasonable prices (we were hire on the 10th of june and is possible that the room price and spa to be under the high season prices)

Reception staff did not share significant hotel info like: breakfast hours, outside free pool and free hotels chairs on the beach. Robes and slippers were missing from the room, thei were provided on demand

We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet and green area. It provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, allowing us to relax and recharge. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and accommodating, ensuring our every need was met. The room was well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a pleasing aesthetic. The central air conditioning was excellent, providing a refreshing and cool atmosphere throughout our stay.

We liked pretty much everything. The hotel staff is quite responsive, the breakfast is abundant and tasteful and the SPA facilities, genuinely relaxing. We enjoyed as well the pool and the private beach. The cleanliness of the hotel is also worth mentioning.

The rooms may be smaller than expected, and no so greatly arranged. Additionally, a pervasive mildew odor get to your senses as soon as you open the door to get in. Nevertheless, considering that you won’t spend your holiday in the room but on the beach and in fresh air, there wouldn’t be many reasons to get up in arms or otherwise undone.

The location, the ambient and the spa facilities

It is better to be more colaboration between the hotel and the spa receptions. At the level 2 to the spa there are nothing to inform you about the program or the modality in which you can arrive to the room for the massage

Everything great

Overall we had excellent conditions. Very good breakfast, the restaurant a la carte was excellent also. Very close to the beach. On the beach there were sunbeds available exclusively for hotel clients.

There were not enough sunbeds by the outdoor swimming pool. Despite sunbeds reservation was not allowed, every morning tourists left their towels on sunbeds at the pool even if they not intended to use the pool on that day.

There was a bit of a smell in the room from the humidity (the hotel is in the shadow of trees) The TV was very little and put in one corner The bed mattress was very very hard The pillows were bad. The fan in the bathroom was not working. Neptun-Olimp resort is very old with poor hotels

I loved the proximity of the hotel to the beach, which made it very convenient for me to go for morning walks. Additionally, the hotel facilities were really clean and well-maintained, especially the rooms which had good furniture and comfortable beds. The breakfast spread was impressive and the staff were very courteous.

Can't fault the property in any way.

It was a wonderful stay. Pool by the hotel, the seaside at 150m. Staff were very nice. A little bit expensive, though. I would recommend this hotel to any young family with kids. Totally worth it!

Breakfast was very good, hotel personal was friendly, rooms not very big but pleasant and clean. Placement not right on the beach, but very nice area and the five minute walk was enjoyable.

Bit of the challenge with parking in high season, but manageable. Hotel parking seems designed for smaller cars.
