Reviews of Coconut Waikiki Hotel

Paul
I stayed here before, always modern and brand-new rooms with a balcony. The hotel's location was stunning, really close to Waikiki beaches, shops, the north shore, and Waikiki beach and main street. It also was close to nice restaurants & shopping.
-
Margaret
Good little and nicely decorated hotel and good service. The location is marvellous, and the staff is outstandingly accommodating. Easy to reach from Honolulu airport, 20 minutes drive. Relaxing & quiet rooms with incredible mountain view and 2 bathrooms, for example.
-
Nathaniel
We had a really nice time staying at this hotel. That was good little property set in busy area, very close to Waikiki beach and main street for restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions and the shopping district. Our king room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds.
-
James
The meals were decent. Booked a room with lovely views of the mountains and canals. The location was marvellous and the room was clean.
-
Janet
The room was big size and airy with 2 beds, the staff was welcoming! The location was favourable and stunning, for example, an outdoor shopping center was relatively close to the hotel.
-
Louis
Absolutely fabulous place with relaxing and comfy rooms. The rooms with incredible mountain view. Favourable and perfect location in Honolulu, close to shops, restaurants and beach and everyrhing in Waikiki and central Waikiki. Also, near the shopping areas on Kalakaua Ave. Awesome experience there.
Poor staff!

William
The hotel's location is nice, close enough to Kalakaua Avenue, beach and shopping center, and shops and the bus stop. The staff who gave me a quiet room on request. The breakfast offers a wide range of coffee, fresh bread, cereals, fruit, and eggs.
-
Adam
The hotel is conveniently located close to Ross Dress for Less and within walking distance to tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with amenities like free WiFi, towel lending, and complimentary breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The hotel is also quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Some guests experienced issues with noisy air conditioners and louvre windows, which affected sleep quality.
-
Jim
The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. In the lobby there was 24h free water and coffee. In the afternoon there was popcorn and slush ice cream.
The beds and the bathroom were unfortunately a little too small.
-
Howard
You can have coffee, bread, cereals, fruit and eggs for breakfast. The rooms are great-sized with nice views.

location, outlook, was expensive but still one of the better options compared to alternatives. would i come back? if I can't find anything better for the price, no.
partly run-down (in the usa but unfortunately quite common) mold in the bathroom. not well cleaned, hair in the bathroom. breakfast very poor (also here usa conditions). no sausage, no cheese
-
Bill
20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in easy reach of everything.
-
Geoff
We have already been to about 150 hotels in this price range. This hotel was by far the cleanest hotel we ever had in the USA. Great.
Unfortunately we had a lot of noise due to a construction site in our and the neighboring hotel. But sometime we have to renovate and renew. Since we were on the road a lot, it was not that bad.
-
Ray
Our room was exceptionally nice and relaxing, provided with lovely comfortable bed, a great kitchen plus 2 bedrooms. A shower and a hairdryer was a plus.
