        Great location and lovely setting. Good price and the exterior corridors and communal areas needed to be cleaned. Maid service is very prompt and the rooms are clean.

        Great location, good hotel and for the price and type of lodging, we give Coastview an excellent rating. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are updated and very decent. The pool is warm enough to swim in.

        Great view and nice Place. Good original/quoted price, excellent service and the manager was very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was fine for our needs.

        Ice machine was broken, pool was really dirty.

        Most excellent location to is happenin there on the beach, the hotel is walking distance to the boardwalk as well and the staff have been consistently helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

        Truly lovely view, great hotel and not too bad for the price. The staff were friendly, the room had fridge, microwave, decent sized tv and cable, the service at the desk and the morning breakfast was very good.
