Comfort rooms overlook James Bay residential area and have a Juliet balcony. Superior rooms boast partial inner harbor view. Premium rooms provide views of the inner harbor, Olympic
Mountains, and Juan de Fuca Straight.

Some premium rooms are 243sqm in size.

Dining options

Breakfast is served Monday to Saturday from 6.30am to 11.30am. Blue Crab Bar and Grill is a renowned spot for seafood and West coast cuisine. The restaurant has a great selection of Vancouver Island, BC, Pacific Northwest, and new world wines.

All visitors are offered a full breakfast for a fee.

The business center features eight meeting rooms that overlook the marina and inner harbor. Rooms can accommodate from eight to 180 guests. All meeting spaces are equipped with complimentary high speed internet.

Leisure

The hotel offers an outstanding fitness facility, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpool and sauna. The fitness center is open from 6am till 11pm.

Getting there.

From the North, take highway 17 towards Victoria. After you reach Blanshard Street turn right onto Belleville Street. Turn left onto Menzies Street after you pass Legislative buildings. The hotel will be on your left.

From Nanaimo or Duncan, take highway 1 towards Victoria. When you reach Douglas Street, turn right onto Belleville Street. Follow the same direction as described above.

Getting around.

Secure underground parking is available at a cost of CAD $11.95 plus tax per night. The hotel provides a complimentary in-town shuttle service. The Greyhound bus station is only minutes away from the hotel, on the corner of Douglas and Belleville.Train Terminal lies within five minute's drive from the hotel. BC ferry terminal is within a 30-minute drive from the hotel.

  The balcony was clean and offered a tremendous view, hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Reception was friendly and prompt, the room was nicely appointed. Service and food were good, the indoor/outdoor pool was also great fun for the kids.

  The superior harbourview room is worth the extra cost for the incredible view and this Hotel is one Great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

  After a long day on your feet going to tourist attractions,the hot tub was incrediable and the restaurant in the hotel was great. Staff were very nice, our room was clean and well furnished, the food in Blue Crab was marvelous.

  One area for improvement would be a more comfortable bed and the hotel is just an excellent value and a truly 4 star hotel. Breakfast room service is good.
