The staff provided friendly service; I would use them next time. The location is amazing, just 1 km from an amusement park.- The hotel is in a pretty quiet area, a short walk to the Event Center, Starbucks, and the Recreation Centre.- The family room has a nice street view and comes with amenities like a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.- The hotel has a family-friendly atmosphere.

Amazing very central location and amazing and fantastic staff. Perfect and beautiful room with a writing desk and free WiFi.

The unit we got was beautifully decorated with rain shower and a large bathroom plus a king sized bed.

The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered tasty dishes. Having a jacuzzi and toiletries was a bonus.

Had a real good stay for a vacation. The room was recently renovated & a decent size with a jetted tub as well as the nice bathrooms. The location was particularly good and magnificent, not very far from a family-owned amusement park. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a fairly quiet area. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and affable and we would come back for sure.

What a very good stay, no complains at all. Fairly clean place with outstandingly accommodating and affable staff. Unique design of interiors in queen room. Location - amazing close to the Bears Den Restaurant, and exhibition Centre for a show. A good choice of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The venue's position was very central. Easy access to Penticton Regional airport, which was about 10 minutes' drive away. The staff were amazing and the design was unique. In overall the room was good and with utmost privacy, TV, for example.

Our stay at Hotel Penticton, Ascend Hotel Collection was a great experience. The location was perfect, close to the canal and Okanagan lake. We stayed with a group and the hotel was kind enough to put our rooms next to each other, which was much appreciated. The rooms were basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly service.
