  A huge pool area that is very kid friendly, Kamloops doesn't exactly have lots of luxury hotels and the lobby looks very modern and is inviting. Rooms are big and comfy.

  Business center is centrally located and the wifi works well, ideal hotel for a couple of nights stopover, the friendly staff and good service are an added bonus. Beds look inviting and comfy, the pool is nice.

  The rooms are fully renovated and quite nice, and the pool area is very relaxing, the food and the decor in the restaurant is very good. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the managers are very friendly.

  Great hotel and great value, the computers in the lobby were accessible and convenient, front desk staff were very pleasant. The room was was clean and breakfast was nice and HOT. We turned up without a booked and the receptionist was helpful and friendly.

  The best option for a simple overnight stay, great service and the 42 TV was a nice touch the bedding clean and the room neat and tidy. The restaurants were fine.

  The hotel was large and comfortable, the staff were great and accomodating, the room service and food were excellent. Restaurant was good too and pool was clean and quiet.

  Good family hotel, very accomodating staff and the rooms were pretty sound proof as well. And the food was fine.

  The restaurant attached the hotel is alright, had a good burger for dinner, the pool and hot tub are also in the tropical garden.

  The staff were accommodating and helpful and the service was great, the beds were way too cheap and soft. The dinner buffet was enjoyable.
