  Location convenient for boat trips, the best in downtown Campbell River by far and all round good value for money. Price was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and HOT. Comp breakfast was great.

  The view was great, and, the cost was very reasonable for this time of year and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed and breakfast was disappointing.

  Convenient car park located close to the entrance, some rooms have great views and the hotel has a good central location. The lobby is very nice, all of the staff are superb and all the furniture is extremely comfortable. A menu service is also available.

  Good location and great Hotel. There's free internet on a communal computer in the lobby and friendly staff. Clean, tidy, comfortable bed and excellent complimentary breakfast. Yoghurt, fresh fruit and lots of choices for beverages, decent facilities.

  Reflects poorly on Campbell River and the toasters are old and don't brown the bread.

  The food in the restaurant was excellent and the fitness centre and hot tub very nice, the hotel staff were great in recommending alternate activities, the front desk girl was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. Rooms were adequate, clean.

  Nice place to stay, friendly, helpful staff and the room was spacious enough for our family of five. The food was fabulous only to be topped by the excellent service.

  Decent hotel, great service and the beds and linens were comfortable and the room perfectly clean. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

  Great location and this hotel has a very good restaurant, the reception is was very friendly and helpful, no pool and the small hot tub is in the gym. The food is always fantastic.
