Very impressed with guest room with a view. A balcony and climate control available. Beautiful central location, not far from Nanaimo or surrounding areas and the casino. Quick check-in, late check-out.

The place was reasonably clean and top quality, had very professional staff with good service provided by the staff. The location was reasonably priced, and we could reach Nanaimo Harbour by walking. The hotel was set in a pretty area. The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes.

The room was brand-new, nicely furnished with a great view. Good and perfect location, efficient staff with good service provided by the staff. Also, a family friendly park was 2 miles away.

We were upgraded to stocked premium king room with the jetted tubs at the window. Had coffee & tea makers and a fridge at our disposal. It had reasonable and best possible location, short walk to many stores and restaurants and the waterfront, several shops including Hills across the street, and the mountains.

The property is truly exceptional, it has best staff with good service provided by the staff.

Loved how nicely updated the property was and its genuinely helpful staff with good service provided by the staff. The setting was best possible, so close to the seafront. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from Petroglyph Park.

By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Nanaimo, had much fun and met excellent and efficient staff with good service provided by the staff. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for exploring Nanaimo. Btw, the airport was 1 km away.

Wi-Fi was very spotty; expensive breakfast, a little disappointed.

everything was perfectly fine, so were bright views of the harbor. the reasonably priced location was steps away from old city quarter. and the area was pretty, adjacent to several shops, downtown shops/ restaurants and waterfront and ferry.

The venue's position was very central. You could walk to shops and boutiques. I really enjoyed my time at this property.
