We have stayed at Occidental Marco Polo in Tunisia multiple times and it has consistently been one of the best hotels we have experienced. From the friendly and helpful receptionist, Mondher, to the courteous restaurant staff and attentive maids, the service was top-notch. The variety of food available was impressive, always served hot and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the authentic Tunisian cuisine. The hotel's animation team also did a great job in keeping us entertained. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Tunisia.

This hotel has an amazing location, with an outstanding view right on the beach and close to the marina. The rooms are big, clean, and well-equipped, with air conditioning, free safe, and TV showing English films. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially the bar and reception staff. The breakfast is great, with plenty of options and fresh salad. The hotel has a huge beautiful pool, with warm water and a pool bar.

There are some guests who behave in a rude manner sometimes, ignoring queues and leaving tables in a bad state, which can affect the service in the dining area.

The food was super delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and always served hot. The animation team did a great job keeping everyone entertained. The location was excellent, right by the sea and close to the town center. The outdoor swimming pool was big and nice, perfect for a refreshing dip. We recently had a lovely holiday at a hotel in Hammamet. The staff were incredibly hardworking, friendly and dedicated, making our stay truly enjoyable. The pool was definitely one of the best aspects of the hotel; it was large and clean, and we loved the swim-up bar. We were also impressed with the variety of food options offered at mealtimes, including handmade desserts and a pizza and pasta section. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

The main restaurant was always crowded and hectic, with some guests being pushy and rude. We did have to wake up early to secure sunbeds as they were quickly taken up by other guests.

We had so much fun at the main pool, where all the entertainment was happening. The music was pumping, and we danced and laughed all day long. There were also tennis and volleyball courts, so we got to show off our skills and have some friendly competition. The hotel even had a fitness center, so we could stay active and work off all the delicious food we ate. And speaking of food, the variety and quality were top-notch. We couldn't get enough of the tasty treats. Plus, the hotel had a kids' club with a cool outdoor space and a shallow pool, so even the little ones were having a blast. our stay was absolutely epic!

If there's one thing we would've loved to have, it would be a dedicated party area for young people like us. We had so much fun at the main pool, but sometimes the vibe could get a little more chilled out and relaxed.
