Club Quarters Houston - 休斯敦

Good downtown location, about 2 blocks from the light rail station and the hotel is very well situated in the heart of the downtown.

Overall, it was a good place to stay for hundreds less than the nearby hotels, and was pleased with the location and everthing else.

The location is fairly close to the convention center and Minute Maid Park (about a 10-15 minute walk) and I felt safe walking around the city.

If you are ever there check out the underground tunnels.

Your taxi will need to keep circling the block if you aren't out at exactly the appointed time.

When asked to be given a room with a proper bed, I was told there was no alternate availability and that "most of the rooms here are like that".

Also, in rooms requested two twin beds and received one queen bed.

If you are seeking a very comfortable bed and a very clean room for a good price.

CQ was clean and well appointed, but my room was European-small and did NOT include a BED.

They gave us a key, we went in the room, and there was a person laying in the bed.

I wouldn't advise eating in the hotel's "restaurant" since it's very overpriced for a simple breakfast.

If you are looking for a place with tons of services like a restaurant, bar, spa, etc, then this isn't the place for you.

Breakfast is not great, but there are restaurants serving breakfast nearby.

The restaurant has great food to bad the service needs major improvement.

Furthermore efficiently appointed room, nice bar and or any kind of food service.

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean.

My friends and I just finished staying at the Club Quarters in Houston (I'm actually typing this from the lobby!

The lobby is nice and they had very nice and helpful receptionists in the morning and afternoon.

One thing I like, is that they have several computers with highspeed access in the lobby which was usefull.

Free internet wi-fi access is also available.

The wireless network was hopeless; bring a lan cable if you can - it might help.

The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean.

Hotel reaction was quick, the staff were pleasant and rooms were clean and comfortable.

But if you are just in town for a night or two for a wedding and you just need a nice comfortable, clean room, then the club quarters is perfect.

All the details in the room were very new and clean.
